Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which they received the order.
The 14-day period is a more favorable condition granted by Aquascutum Active compared to the minimum period set out in Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 – the Consumer Code.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use the online function available at the following link: WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT.
After filling out the form, the customer must click the "CONFIRM WITHDRAWAL" button. Withdrawal is considered exercised at the moment the form is submitted.
Aquascutum Active will send, without undue delay, to the email address provided by the customer, a confirmation of receipt containing the data submitted and the date and time of transmission.
Alternatively, the customer may communicate their decision to withdraw by means of an explicit statement sent to info@aquascutum-active.com, indicating their name, order number, and the items concerned.
Returning products
After communicating the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the date of the communication, following the instructions received from Aquascutum Active.
The return is not free of charge and is at the customer's expense, including any size exchanges relating to the same order.
The above conditions do not apply in the case of an incorrect, defective, or non-conforming product, for which the protections provided under the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
Condition of returned products
The customer is asked to return the product complete, with the original tags and, where applicable, with its original packaging.
The customer is liable only for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, fit, and functioning of the product.
The absence or damage of the original packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, but may be taken into account when assessing any diminished value of the product.
Refund timing and method
Aquascutum Active will refund all payments received from the customer, including any standard delivery costs (based on the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal communication was received.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Aquascutum Active will not be refunded.
Aquascutum Active may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received, or until the customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer, and provided that the customer incurs no costs as a result of the refund.
Cash on delivery
Aquascutum Active reserves the right to make cash on delivery payment unavailable to users who have repeatedly refused delivery of orders without justified reason and without having first contacted customer service.
